[Accessibility] Lightning flashing - anyway to turn it off?

I have been having SO MUCH fun with this game and so far flashing lights in combat hasn't hurt my head too much (Path of Exile flashing lights never failed to give me a headache, maybe due to fire mage build) but in places where there's lightning weather effects its really giving me grief and taking me out of the game.

Can I be super cheeky and ask if you'd consider an option to turn lightning effects off please? Thank you! :)

Edit: it was Plains of Strife that this was really an issue, though I could run through it fairly fast. I don't know if I was just particularly sensitive today or what but I'm quite far through the game and only noticed this now

tbh, lightning used to look way cooler, wish they'd offer a legacy lightning option.
