Not much we can do to help you otherwise. There are a lot of questions we could ask, but a GT link is much faster and saves us the trouble of basically having to reconstruct your build.
You can get stun reductions on items, skills, and devotions, if it's big problem. The Conversion node adds 30% stun reduction to Maiven's Sphere. If you are dying particularly fast, you might want to check your resistances and armor absorption. You want both maxed (80% for resistances, 100% for absorption).
This is my character, I'm close to getting Elemental Seeker, and was going to bind that to Fire Strike, with Elemental Storm bound to Beronath's Fury. I assume I'd have to branch out away from just fire damage anyways, once I begin fighting things with higher resistances.
Edit: ya, judging from your GT, you're probably getting wrecked by physical. Need better DA and armor/armor absorption.
If I were you I would choose either Thermite Mine or Agonizing Flames and max it. Thermite Mine would be my choice due to the higher RR, max it now. Drop Static Strike. You don't need Hellfire Mine, drop it. You need at least 10 in Blast Shield and then you should increase it as your level goes up, max it by level 100. Max Vindictive flame as you level as well. Hydra and Ghoul are good picks as well for what you're doing (in devotions.).
Even without changing devo setup, you can replace Owl for Empty Throne for stun resistance (also freeze and little slow).
What you definitely should get is Ghoul, Viper (elemental RR) and Hydra + for 3 points getting Giant's Blood from Behemoth is good idea.
Solael's Witchblade is simply a must for fire RR.
Skip Magi for now at least, you need other things much more + grab Hawk.
Leathery Hide head armor component from Homestead faction gives 25% Reduced Stun Duration.
Shard of Beronath - no reason to use it for you.
don't underestimate the affixes for physical resistance on items, also try to get your devotions to grant you damage absorption.
You may work on getting your armor up, but for a caster, the better option is offence instead of defence. Just remember, you need to survive for just a bit longer for your offence to do its job.
if you're scaling fire damage, why is your OFF so low level? it's your main fire RR reduction isn't it?
it's even superior to thermite mines except it is less effective on bosses.
You don't need Nullification, unless you are trying to purge buffs from enemies, which you rarely ever need to do.
Spec into flashbang and searing light to gain some more defence as well as offence, don't spec static strike, switch out your epics for simple rares, you need resistances!!!
if you are lacking in damage too much due to gear changes, there's weapon, ring and amulet augments unlocked at honored (which I guess you would have open for a few factions)
also, in your gear components for weapons, drop beronaths and go for purified salt (life leech resist + aether resist) and haunted steel / hollowed fang for some lifesteal that's more than some hand component.
As for rares, I'd recommend using "of Conflagration" suffixed guns on both hands, remember there's 2 affixes you can get on weapons, so getting searing and conflag isn't bad.
Also for your medal, there's better affixes than Mystic :D
You should buff up your poison resistance some, keep an eye out for a good magic or rare item with a ton of resistance to patch that up, like purging affix. Crafting one is also an option. I recommend replacing your chest since it doesn't give any bonuses to your build. Just because it is purple doesn't mean it's better for you than anything else.
You're also lacking in defensive skills. You got mirror and nullification which are both good but you only have 1 point in blast shield, nothing in flashbang, and only a few points in maiven's. Probably could drop arcane will to fill up one of those, I recommend maiven since it's turn on and forget but flashbang is also very good at stopping crowds of enemies and buffs your damage a bit too.

For my last 18 points of Devotion (when I get them) I was planning on getting Hydra and Chariot of the Dead, and then either Owl or Lizard/Eel depending on what I feel needs help the most at that point.
I'll max out Agonizing Flames because I'm not enjoying thermite mines. They may have a nice effect, but the reality is their aoe is too small, and their debuff duration is too short. Against crowds of weak enemies they work well, but I'm finding almost no use for them against bosses where both I and the target are constantly running out of their effective range.
Changed Beronath to Blessed Steel, Elemental Storm for Eldritch Fire, Rhowan's Crown for Empty Throne. I feel like I'm wasting a lot being a petless class with Empty Throne, but I need the completion bonus for Chariot of the Dead. Now I'm just in this weird spot where I need to save my attribute points instead of investing them, because I have no idea what Spirit or Cunning requirements I might face in the future.
Replace Scholar's Light with Hawk.
You have unnecessary purple node into Crossroads.
Inner Focus is something you should softcap at least eventually (as well as Maiven's Sphere), but before that - increase Arcanist mastery bar to get Conversion. You can take away points from Arcane Will (and keep it at 1) to get it sooner.
