No in the defense tab in the character screen, there's a Sleep Resist modifier. Mine's at zero of course, I've never seen it change. My stun resist is maxed out.
It happend only once in 1k hours of play time, so yea UseleSS :v
Wait, does Damage Reflect and Life Retaliation not do anything? Are they bugged modifiers? Not that either are affixes anyone would prioritize, but if they're completely useless that is just bananas. Bananas, I say, and I'm not going to apologize for such rhetoric.
If you really want it however, according to GrimTools the Luminari Regalia's[www.grimtools.com] granted skill "Luminari Presence" gives -20% Sleep resistance while toggled. The Harbinger[www.grimtools.com] set and it's mythical version[www.grimtools.com] both have a triggered skill that temporarily grants 100% to Sleep resistance, among others. The only other way (according to GT, at least) to get Sleep resistance is from the "Aether Ward" triggered skill on Defiance[www.grimtools.com] and Shard of Menhir[www.grimtools.com], along with it's Empowered[www.grimtools.com] and Mythical[www.grimtools.com] versions.
I'm not sure if the Luminari Regalia's effect is actually supposed to make you more or less resistant to Sleep effects.
It's a monster debuff, so makes enemies more sleepy. Probably because Luminari Inquisitors are known for their calming and relaxing interrogation methods.
I got a blueprint for a relic, Serenity with 19 percent damage reflect reduction. I know some elite monster's have the "reflective" on them. I've never really seen it do a whole lot when you attack them
