Mad Queen's Claw - a funny weapon

I've been putting in quite some hours to finally be able to get 2 of those for my witch hunter (presumably). Farming Rashalga is not incredibly safe in the first place.

So now I have 2 questions, the first one being would double wielding those result in additive stacking of best attributes (like attack damage conversion etc.) or not? So if those stats do not stack, then it would be probably better to just equip one and have something else for your secondary weapon.

Another funny thing that I noticed, even tho it is an endgame purple (with a lvl 94 requirement) it is incredibly cheap when looking at it's price at the vendor. You could only sell it for a couple hundreed iron bits, where other comparable purples usually cost a couple thousand.

Not on the level of double rare greens which are by far the rarest and most valuable items in the entire game, but still. The mad queen claw is very very cheap, is it because it's target farmable? But still the drop rate seems incredibly low, with mad queen's drops being very poor in general. She will drop trash 9/10 times, at least from my experience. I must have killed her at least 30 times I think.

In particular, I want to know if the dmg conversion and attack speed stacks if I equip two of those at the same time. The skill also looks very promising.
