Blank characters for freeplay?

Is there any way to make a blank character with unlocked absolute difficulty, unlocked all portals, COMPLETED campaign but without any reputation level and without devotion points? Just for freeplay - running around different locations, farming reputation by killing mods and completing random quests, farming devotion, etc.

I really like to experiment with different builds but I'm so damn tired of this campaign with never changing locations order.

So basically if I have a character with completed campaign, I could just copy him, open GDStash, reset both classes, reset level (leaving skill\atribute points from quests, thx fandom I know how many those points are there), set all reputations to 0 and maybe somehow reset shrines... That could work, will try someday soon after clearing FG quests.

reseting shrines and reputation can be very tricky because it can bug out the game quite often by doing that and you don't want to end up deleting your new character because of it.

Why not just use merit? Granted, it wont unlock portals on ultimate, but considering scaling there, playing there from the start is near imposible, so not really an option for any experiments with builds.

He doesnt want to actually level a character. He wants to experiment with an already lvl 100 blank character.

Nope. I don't want to play campaign. I want lvl1 character with completed quests, open portals and zero reputation\devotion. I already figured it out how to make that character, will try it after clearing all FG quests.

How exactly... well first off if you reset the mogdrogen's shrine you might get another skill point and by resetting factions you might end up in a spot where you can be not friendly with any chosen sides either kymon or death vigils ect. ect.

I know this stuff because I use this blank character idea since 2017.
