you can buy it from Benevald in blood grove, just reset his inventory until one with nice affixes spawn

PS make sure you didn't restrict your loot filter the wrong way

Hey...I made a Blazerush but it doesn't have the Burning Weapons skill granted on it. Has the item been changed from the GT depiction?

When I look at it on GT no granted skill but in this build it shows that it has the granted skill...

Burning Weapons is a component skill, sounds liek Enchanted Flint to me

Where are you finding out which vendors sell them? My searches are undoubtedly less efficient, I can't find these where or how I've been looking...How about a udenbog Sparkthrower?

For the Sparkthrower, go kill Ugdenbog golems, overgrowths, and mossflingers until they drop one you like.

Sparkthrower is sold by Vinelton in Ancient Grove dungeon
as far as finding out which specialty merchant sells which items you mainly only have the wiki, which isn't fully updated i think, and past experience/memory
