They're both fantasy games with swords and magic. What else were you asking for?
NO
It's not?
ARPG? then yes Dark souls.
Looter? Nioh 2
Atmosphere? tons of rpgs
You'll need to be more specific because Street fighter is the same as Mario Kart in the sense that they are both computer games. What do you like about it?
Unfortunately there isn't anything quite like that. The closest things I can think of would be the Neverwinter Nights series (it has a third person camera mode, but they are old games running on old D&D rules so mileage may vary). Divinity 2 perhaps, though that is much more classic fantasy, doesn't have guns as far as I know. Kingdoms Of amalur - Reckoning and the Fable series have the randomised loot and fantasy settings, though their environments are a little more tunnelled compared to Diablo-likes.
To be honest, it does seem like quite an untapped genre, third-person action RPGs are rare enough to begin with, so having one with horde combat and randomised loot would be even more niche.
Is there any?
middle-earth: shadow of mordor also seemed pretty cool, I played a couple hours of it but I can't really stand 3rd person action-y games anymore so barely any of them hold my attention.
Few games are gonna compare to this games replayability/depth in characters and stuff, much less 3rd person games trying to reflect the arpg type depth... but interesting question!
Recent games? Not really. There are tons of older games that fit these descriptions, though.
You better lower your standards a bit. The gaming industry is garbo these days. You don't have many options if you are trying to find something comparable to Grim Dawn quality in requested genres.
