Could be a number of things. Not seeing any widespread issues reported with Cloudflare on Downdetector, or on Cloudflare's Twitter feed. You could always go to Cloudflare's Twitter or Facebook page and submit an inquiry- it could be a local or regional issue.
I have the Bitdefender Free version which has worked fine but for some reason now decided to block Grimtools.
Anyways, thanks for help. For some reason asking for any kind of advice usually gives me new ideas. And more often that not it's the anti virus that's causing problems. Always with different sites and different software...

I'm a poor student lol so no VPN here. So it can't be that issue.
Checked the Cloudflare status[www.cloudflarestatus.com] site and all of the closest servers that I could potentially be connected to are up and operational.
And yeah it's not the servers that are messing up. I can see that now. For some reason I just now realized after reading your comment that I should try and load up the site on my phone and lo and behold it works on my phone.
Might have to check if it's my anti virus software or what since I've tried 3 different browsers on my PC (Opera, Chrome and Internet Explorer). It's something with my PC or the software that's for sure.
I'm gonna try few things and see if they work.
Odd that your AV blocked the site as potentially unsafe, but it happens. AV is (rightly) a bit overprotective these days.
Chuckling a bit at: >"I'm a poor student lol so no VPN here. So it can't be that issue.".
Lots of decent free VPNs out there, and some AV software comes with one built in (usually paid AV SW, though.)
