what happens tho is that when you do get a duplicate blueprint the system will reroll up to a 100 times to try and not give you a duplicate
the problem is not the low amount of "useless" blueprints you might learn, but the extreme amount of (potentially useful) high level blueprints available filling up the pool of duplicates
^and even if you don't learn it, you can still get it as a duplicate, now it just wont be rerolled
Yeah I dont know who you read that from but it sounds like hogwash to me.

I am looking for a couple of specific blueprints. I have done every Monster Totem I have seen (haven't found any Celestial yet though), done a number of SR runs, and haven't found a single piece of gear worth keeping, never mind an actual blueprint that I can use.
I guess next step would be Nemesis farming?
- unless you need to farm some ridiculous stupid unique monster legendary...
I'm pretty sure the chance to get a specific blueprint doesn't change because you have more of them. Mathematically, that makes no sense because every roll is independent. If anything the chance increases because you have all those re-rolls. So throwing them away is absolutely not recommended.
I still have about 45 legendary blueprints (mostly helmets) to go, not counting SR runes and waystones. I still don't have certain ones I want. It just takes a long time and a lot of luck.
For roguelike skeleton key dungeons, I like doing Tomb of the Heretic as it also has other nice possible drop items such as magi helms, rings, Morgoneth stuff, etc.
Although depending upon what item Morgoneth spawns with and which hero is with him, it can be trickier than the SR50s.
For me I find him one of the more challenging bosses in the game (relative to all Nemesis rather than Celestials) depending upon my previous sentence, but the loot potential in that dungeon is really nice, and I tend to see more nice loot from the Monster Totem that can spawn before the skeleton key gate zone.
Remember to check the merchant in there, usually has a rare material you can buy, and some of those items he sell may be useful for a future char once one is in the shop with the right prefix/suffix.
And it is a pretty quick run.
debuff all ress, check, lower your DA by insane amount, check, reduces your dmg by 60%, check, reduces dmg taken by 50%, check..... <-- basically someone at Crate had fun checking all the boss-ahole boxes
Also he can spawn with some nasty items, pretty easy to be wiped out when that happens combined with perfect timing of his projectile burst with the column and if it is one of the nasty shades.
But there are so many loot potentials for the whole area kinda makes it worth it, probably why they gave the separate Magi fight ring as well and also separately the Forgotten Reliquary fight.
Helps to remove those salty tears when Morgoneth zone 'cheats' :)
^and preferably have him jump you while you got jumped by 2 Scions and 2 Watchers
I am also at Nemesis status with Aetherials and Aetherial Vanguard, so I headed back to Malmouth to see if I could attract either of those goobers. Unfortunately, Malmouth is so huge I'm not sure I will even be able to spot them if they do appear. So far, I have had to content myself with whacking the Master of Flesh a couple more times.
However, RNGesus hasn't totally abandoned me. A boss on the Korvan Plateau dropped this nifty item, which is basically the level 94 version of my old level 75 Skyfallen Storm Halberd. Makes the Ultos Stormcaller weep with envy.

Stormcaller buffs Stormcaller Pact +4, Halberd buffs Primal Strike +4. Even up trade off, IMO.
Stormcaller has a 19% CD reduction on skills, Halberd shaves recharge time off PS and adds 35% to PS damage. Again, fairly even.
Halberd does more lightning and electrocute damage, has a faster innate attack speed, greater damage conversion, and has a greater buff to attack speed and OA. The OA boost is especially useful, since some of my Devotion effects rely on scoring critical hits to proc.
The one thing Storrmcaller does that the Halberd doesn't is to provide that bit of physical resistance. However, you will note that the Halberd boosts health by almost 600, while Stormcaller does no such thing. This partially offsets the damage reduction from the physical resistance.
Casting speed affects things like Storm Totem and Wind Devil. Important skills, yes, but my main damage domes from PS/Torrent, so I'll take the attack speed boost over increased casting speed.
Is it possible to get Nemesis status with Cronley even though I no longer get any experience from killing him?
