if too much using "tick" skill you will have a bad time fighting it.
Also, why do you use aegis? It is not chaos based attack, and i dont see anything that will convert it into chaos aside from your weapons, but they only work on a portion of a physical damage. I don't get it.
If i need anything its better resist as you say. But its like after some time it oneshot me.
That Aegis i know, im trying to get one of the items that converte it to chaos. So its one of the things i still need.
yeah the video quality is bad but i slow it on this vid, you will see alot of needle coming out from her because she get too many hit in few second.

your dmg looks weak so probably gonna take some time killing her, and looks like you're better suited for kiting, try running around the pillar - it can also help block her shotgun
You on other hand sound like you are not up to speed on all elements of the game. Mad Queen is one of those middle tough bosses if you include the end game bosses like Mogroden, Crate, Ravager, Queen is a very early hi end boss. Stronger than allot of the nemesis too. Jumping into the deep end early.
Any bosses, you want to over cap your resists according to their main attack or 2 if you can. Get absorption, attack damage converted to health, resists, OA/DA and any buffs to your main damage type and sub type. Not in that order mind you, but those are the stuff you want on your gear.
BTW - always use augments and components too. If you are weak on something, there are potions to craft as well.
I know both Soldiers and Oathkeepers have at least 1 skill each with that resistance, but I'm not sure about other classes or devotions that might have it.
Did I say you need it? Sure you can back off and kite during the fight...having a decent amount of leech and that particular resist can make the fight trivial, its the same with Alexander's Meteors.
so many enemies/bosses does %hp dmg, and the reason you don't, remotely, need %hp reduct resistance, and can beat them easily without oathkeeper/soldier, is because the resist is shared with Vitality resist, and usually incurs "neglible" dmg, and that can't kill you on its own
and nice how you mention aleks, and his meteors (which doesn't do %hp reduct dmg), where it's often the physical dmg that kills players when they eat it direct
it's not gonna help as much as learning the moves of the boss and getting base defenses up
tell people to sort that, instead of suggesting wasting stuff on a semi meaningless stat, only thing more pointless would have been to suggest upping life steal resist...
I got it wrong on Alex, its not the meteor that has life reduction. He has a version of PRM that fires 16 shards and does 15% life reduction per hit. Hes got another PRM version with -30 flat all resist for 3 sec. The meteor does have a nasty -30% resist for 3 sec as well. It those negative physical resists that hurt.
and you can't be hit by all 16prm in one hit, it's a nova so it fires in a circle format around him, again making the 15%hp reduct even less scary than it might seem on paper
