Yep i am using the skellies, so thats probably it.
Does the damage that pets do is considered in the bonus "XX% of attack damage converted to health"?? or is only the damage that the character do??
yeah if the pet was given bonus like % attack damage converted to health it heal the pet.
But what about if I have the bonus and my pet are attacking. Do I heal or is my character the one must be attacking to get the bonus and heal?
you need the one attacking to get heal ofcourse, because the bonus not for pet but for your character.
As an example look at Revenant devotion, you will notice there is one 'Bonus to all pets' and one that affects players and just says 6% of Attack Damage converted to Health.
The player 6% one only works for the player if they do their own attack, the pet one only if they do their own attack.
Same concept is applied to item bonuses/etc.
