Acquiring blueprints

Since getting my first character to lv 100 and trying to find gear for them, ive been switching it up with builds that while probably not very good, are rather fun to play. For one I am currently playing, I am looking for the blueprint for the rune of violent delights. I usually farm totems to try and get some legendary gear and blueprints but havent seen a single blueprint for any of the movement "rune" skills. Since they were added in forgotten gods can I only find these blueprints there cause i havent played much forgotten gods yet, or are they just much rarer being legendary and all?

Top tier (level : 90) runes like Violent Delights can only drop from Shattered Realm runs. Play on Ultimate and do at least 5 levels of SR's in one sitting before claiming your rewards. I dont know which levels are minimum for movement blueprints, if there is any at all but you can find them on SR 30-35 runs im pretty sure.

alright well idk if my first lv100 guy is up for shattered realms but ill give it a go for some rewards. maybe ill run through on normal up to the higher levels to get the recipes for the checkpoint items

why would you do 5? you only need to do 2 to get rewards, doing 5 is pointless and are wasting your time in the 3 extra
the way you farm SR is you use a waystone to the desired shard level you want, do 2 shards/2 boss fights and cash out, telling someone to do 5 is wasting their time with needless runs they could have saved getting rewards instead...

Yeah 5 shards should only be done when your working your way through the SR levels to reach say somewhere between Lvl 40-50 Ultimate to initially farm, and then to go deeper to such as L75 once you have a few of the items you need to make yourself stronger.

And tbh 5 shards are tiring and will burn you out, so thankfully as gNuff says you get maximum reward for that level just by doing 2 when you find the level you can comfortably farm.

Ive heard that you can also use normal to farm. Is that accurate? since the character is lv 100 the drops should also be pretty decent or is some stuff just gated to ultimate. Never really tried shattered realms so im not sure what to expect for difficulty. My guy dies to the random mobs on the quest to fight lokarr. ~30k hp and 5000+ hp regen and 100k+ dps. almost maxed resists ~60% for some of the elements everything else is pretty good

No normal was changed awhile ago so that it is now weighted more to epics rather than legendary.
Elite around L50ish and Ultimate say from L40 onwards is where it seems to start to be useful to farm legendary items.
Once you feel comfortable then head deeper, but L75ish Elite droprate seems similar to L60 Ultimate by someone who charted this; raw statistics is kinda thin but they did show a linear trend in how the chart grew.

Normal SR rewards got reduced so now you need to do like shard 65+ to get 4-5 legendaries (if memory serves me right)
mostly what you use Normal SR for now would be for the 1 time getting Waystone recipes, or if your character truly can't handle Ultimate content ex Totems
like it's not "bad" bad time/reward wise to do SR 75 on normal, but unless your char is competent to do it fast, it's not exactly great either to where regular Ultimate farming could be equal or better rewarding
try it out and see where you land/what you feel you get out of it for your efforts, just don't expect the splendors from pre-Zantai nerf

Also worth noting the time limit only affects 2 chests, if you are outside you miss out on them, and tbh not sure if you really miss much losing the nemesis chest *shrug* that is one of the time bonus chests.

Are you sure about 2 level rewards equal to 5+ level rewards? I didnt know that and if this is true, than its great news cause i personally dont like SR's and find them too long/tedius.

it has long since been agreed upon that doing more than 2 shards (for farming puposes) is pointless, if you want to move up in shard reward, then use a higher lvl waystone
so if you want shard 55 rewards, you don't go from shard 50-55, you use waystone to shard 55 and do shard 55+56/2 boss fights and cash out
- you don't get higher rewards the longer you play/the more shards you play in a row, what matters is what shard number you exit on. So you could start at shard 1, go aaaaall the way to 55, and you'd get almost the exact same reward if you had jumped in on waystone 55 and cashed out at 56 only doing 2 shards
^people been farming since FG release done it this way, in shards of 2, 50-51/55-56/65-66/75-76 because it's the best reward/effort combo that doesn't waste time doing needless "up"-runs to higher shards
