1) Healing tonics
2) Each character automatically regenerates health at a certain rate; would this be increased?
3) Certain weapons, like Demopteran Slicers, return a % of damage dome as health.
4) Skills such as Wendigo Totem or Sigil of consumption that drain health and give it to you.
5) Vitality drain spells such as Soul Siphon.
There are probably other things that would fall into this category which I am forgetting. Also, by how much are the healing effects increased? A percentage? A flat amount?
By "everything" do you mean all of the things I mentioned? damage->health weapons? Vampiric spells and abilities? And by how much?
Say what? Not sure what you mean by that. I have a level 68 Defiler in Elite who basically a Vitality caster, and is doing fairly well. Are you saying this isn't a viable build?
Hmm, I was specifically wondering about my Defiler, who is a vitality caster and has a ton of ADctH buffs from weapon, skills and gear, up to 33% in some cases, and also has gear that procs things like Sigil of Consumption.
I was wondering if getting Behemoth Devotion would complement this. One of the stars in that Constellation yields a 4% buff to healing.
