Aura Of Censure
I think there is something wrong with this skill,i have 12 points in it which gives around 2122 flat fire and 2590 burn when i turn it on you get all the graphical effects but the damage does'nt get added to the fire or burn total,i don't have any other exclusive skill as i am using the Demolitionist so it's not that if anyone else is using it just have a look see if it is doing the same for you here are some screenshots with it turned on and off.

Ah is that correct ok thanks KG i have never used it before i thought it was just added flat.
