Report a translation problem
first, it's not listed on a skill. it's from items i have
second, "weapon damage" ?? It says "attack damage" not weapon damage. wth?
If it's on items, then it only applies to your weapon attacks and ANY skills that do Weapon Damage. Aether Ray doesn't do Weapon Damage. However, if a skill does, for example, 10% Weapon Damage, then you only get 10% of your total amount of "+x% of attack damage converted to health". Hope I didn't confuse you too much on that:)

I can't answer the aether ray question, but pointing out that somehow conversion is happening outside of my main weapon strike for me.
