The first few mines are typically good. The Staunton Mine (where you get the first piece) will always spawn 1 Dynamite and there's always a chance of having some drop from the boss units.

If you have FG then the best place for early dynamite, hands down, is the Blacksmith in the Conclave of Three (located near the SR portal) where you are able to craft dynamite as soon as you can access it. It's the best place to get some early stocks of it going without having to farm anything in Act 2 areas. The moment you beat the Warden you have access.

To craft you just need to craft any Aether Crystals you have into Shards and have some Scavenged Plating and Searing Embers. All of which you should have sufficient quantities by that point to make some.

I usually have enough to walk out of there with a 20+ stack of Dynamite.

If you mean find them then a cronleys run hands down, (the final 3 areas of his act) also fort Harron is easy to get to and always has 1.

Cronley's is the best, you get 2 dyna + bosses and chance at nemesis.

edit: The forgemaster in the Steelcap District does it at least. I am not sure if there are requirements of any kind. I noticed it elite mode, maybe i saw it in vet....lol cannot remember.

not sure if it wasn't "the" best, but close portal makes it fast to run if you don't have mats to craft
