How to get to that location?

Hello. I have original ver. without DLC Malmuth. There is a location right of Burrwich Village Rift and upper to location with Temple of the Three. River Passage is marked on map but I can't find the Entrance anywhere. There are some mobs as it visiable when you on upper corner of separrated with broken bridge site.
