Need help, I broke the Paying debts quest

Hi,

I have accessed Tomb of Heretic on 3 different characters, always did same thing.
Today I was watching youtube and playing the game, I must have clicked something wrong - I broke the quest, I cant get the 3 pieces of the seal, they just don't drop and the only thing Riggs talks about is his associates, I can turn them on or off...

Please help, I just spent all week building a build that can clear Tomb of Heretic on Ultimate...frustrated. (I killed last boss of FG).

You sure you don't have them already? I dropped parts of the seal without even starting the quest, just clearing those areas on the way.

Try talking to Riggs about turning associates off though. Theoretically, he should offer you the quest again.

Oh yeah! that was first thing I checked.
I now killed 5 riggs associates in hopes that it will unlock it but now it doesn't.

the quest is unrelated to the seals,
just go to the dungeons, kill the boss and loot the seals, in the 3 different places -you don't even have to be on the quest for that to be possible, they are fixed drops
if you don't get drops it means you must have the quest items already somewhere, otherwise they drop regardless of quest as long as you are in teh right place/kill the right boss

No, I don't have them anywhere.

check, again, or make sure you are killing the right boss on the right difficulty where you haven't opened the door already
trust me you don't need the quest, you can go to Maw, Bastion, uhm "other" area(can't remember name) right after warden, teleport there with a Merit waypoint and get the tokens at anypoint in the game when you kill the gryphons

if it still doesn't work, try verify your game files. Not sure if corrupted save somehow(doubt it)
guessing you are on a difficulty where you already unlocked it but before the quest if it wont drop

Killed boss on Ultimate, in fact I killed him twice to be sure.
Restarted the game twice.
Verified game files.
Been to the Maw 4 times already and once in Bastion - zero drops.
I had no problems doing the quest and Tomb of Heretic on Normal and Elite...

then you must have the items "somewhere", possibly even opened the door
got dropped in multiplayer session maybe?
quest items only stop dropping if they are already there or been used

and if you really don't have them in bags or stash, and heretic tomb is closed, maybe start a bug ticket on the bug forum and see if Crate can figure it out, because that's just too weird, they always drop if you haven't cleared the key/seals already

GDStash the seal then. It can generate quest items.

Yeah I will post on crate forums, its rally weird since I have done it just fine on other chars

Yup nothing there. I haven't got q items, can't open access to lost oasis.

No. you can open lost oasis. You have just changed senario. Go to the infernal wastes. and find the oasis door. you don't need the seal anymore. Cuz you refused quest and upon this, riggs found seals with his friends. try and see.

I know this cuz i did same mistake. trust me.
