Barrowholm vendor
Does Barrowholm have a vendor? If so, who and where are they located?

need to do the Barrowholm quest first, then leave the area and come back for it to spawn in place

Yes but as @gNuff guy types, merchant spawns only if you are friendly with Borrowholm faction in a house, north - east side.

I have done a number of Barrowholm quests. When you say THE Barowholm quest, are you referring to a specific one? Slay the witch perhaps? I haven't done that one yet.
i can't remember "exactly" but i think it's just the intriduction quest/fetish one, then leave area and come back
it could be it's one of the later quests, witch or wendigo hearts, just seems like would be weird trigger since would seem like something you gain access to "immediately" upon repuation status when vendor has items for minimal rep
not sure if the vendor is one of the hostages you rescue in the fetish quest, could be, but i kinda feel like i got vendor "early"/before doing witch/heart quest, but if you have already portaled away after getting fetish, it may be you need more rep/another quest to unlock it if you aren't friendly yet

My standing with Barrowholm is respected; and guess what? There IS a vendor there, I just overlooked him because he isn't marked with the usual "bag" icon. He just looks like any other town citizen. Sort of annoying; you don't have a clue that he is a vendor unless you actually stop and talk to him.

Some towns have 2 vendors; how many are in Barowholm?

2, one faction vendor and 1 regular merchant, merchant is at bounty table, faction vendor inside NE house

OK I went into the NE house. There is a woman there who offered me some soup ... a bit on the gamey side it was :steammocking: ... and thanked me for helping feed the own, but no offer to sell me anything. I'll keep looking bit I don't see any other NPC icons.

check the link i posted in first post, it highlights the faction vendor and location exactly, house "more NE" of soup lady

The problem is that I have been in that house, and it is empty. I strongly suspect that I have to resolve the 'kill the witch" quest before the faction vendor appears.
might be possible, like i said i can't remember exactly which step in the barrowholm's quest where i get it, so could be you need that one too

I believe you need honored or revered with them for their faction vendor to show up, but I may be wrong.

considering they sell items from friendly and respected, lvl 65, that would seem highly strange
okay, i just tested, and you do indeed need to do the witch part (and possibly be respected)
seems doing the witch triggers the NPC's around town to move as you head back to hand in, the NPC's moving to different spots then apparently includes the faction vendor spawning in at that point
so after you visit Larria and then head back the faction vendor should spawn in
