Crown Hill Fort Entrance Locked

I just finished doing the main story quests, thinking that would unlock this fort entrance that is locked by the aetherials. The forts entrance is east of the Crown Hill rift. Does anyone know how to unlock it?

it's tied to your faction rep with the malmouth resistance, iirc

Do you mean the Chamber of the High Council? Because that's the only thing I can think of that would fit that description. If so, then that's locked until you get the Rise of the Insurgence quest from the Malmouth Resistance after you reach honored with them.
