Nuralla

Is this seer in the Coven camp the one to talk to for the "No Strings on Me" quest? I've got the achievement with a different character but wanted to do the quest again with my current one. I finished Ashes but the option to talk about my original aetheriel possessor with Nuralla isn't there. Am I missing something?

I talked with her but the option isn't there. I wonder if my rep isn't high enough.

as i remember it, the only requirement is you have either opened the entrance to the fleshworks/discovered the door leading into "whatsherface" chamber -maybe you need to be honored? unsure, doubt it tho
