Conduit Recipes(Warring Whispers)

So I remember some glorious days in crucible where the loot was raining with conduit recipes, and now I need something crafted(Warring Whispers) and the recipe is missing .. Is there any efficient way farming those recipes, is it guaranteed that Nemesis Chests drop em .. Or its completely random event in that grinding universe. From some point I stopped receiving conduit recipes as loot and really duno ..


If any of you guys can craft something for me, I would return the gratitude with some items or mats.
