Its not a build that has a lot of gear support naturally but Id imagine someone has done it, the best i can think of would be to use shaman and arcanist/necromancer with savagery as your attack skill and a conduit of wild whispers with prefix that transmutes savagery to aether damage, weapon wise you only have 1 choice really for dual wielding guns and thats Arcanum Electrollis. Other aether guns exist but they tend to be more for casters.

You're better off going with a 2-handed gun, because Dreadscorcher and Vortex of Souls exist.

Dual-guns and Aether damage are a bit hard to combine. The only class with native dual-gun ability is Inquisitor, and they specialize in elemental damage (fire/cold/lightning and DoT variants). There are a couple sources of Dual Gun ability on items, but that requires finding a specific item to do it; not great if you intend to play found-item.

This is made harder by the fact that the only class with a large amount of native Aether damage is Arcanist. This means you're going to need Conversion gear to convert physical and elemental damage to Aether, since Arcanist only has Phys > Aether conversion. Arcanist also has problems working with Dual-Wield builds since some of its most powerful attacks (AAR, Devastation) require caster off-hands.

Oof.

That said, it's not impossible. M. Soulare's Helm (25% elemental to aether), M. Maw of Despair (25% fire to aether), Diviner's Mask (25% elemental to aether), Diviner Set 3-item bonus (100% cold to aether), Chosen Robes (30% lightning to aether), Haunted Vestment (30% fire to aether), Diviner's Raiment (25% elemental to aether), M. Cord of Violent Decay (50% fire to aether), and Magelord Band/Signet (25% elemental to aether) all provide options for converting elemental damage, or its composite damage types, into aether damage.

So, I'd definitely recommend that you run the Diviner set to at least 3 items (Mask, Raiment, Mantle), along with the Cord of Violent Decay. This will give you ~50% total Elemental to Aether conversion (mask, raiment), 50% Fire to Aether conversion, and 100% cold to Aether conversion, if I understand the stacking right.

That leaves physical to aether. For that, you're going to need Reckless Power from Arcanist, which is 15% Physical > Aether. Just one point is fine, since conversion rate doesn't increase with additional points, but you may want to pump it anyway since it increases fire and aether damage (which then gets converted heavily into aether) and increases your attack and casting speed (damned useful). Bonemonger's Gem (amulet, 10% phys to aether) and Bysmiel Veiled Pendant (amulet, 10% phys to aether) are both good choices for additional phys > aether conversion, and Hex Launcher is basically your ideal pistol - +1 all arcanist skills, 15% phys to aether. Load those up with either Aethersteel Bolts or Marks of Corruption, and you've got 25% phys > aether on each gun, coupled with the 10% of your amulet and 15% from Reckless Power which is 45% (75% if the two guns stack with each other.)

So, with most of your damage output converted to aether at this point, it's time to look into boosting that aether damage into low orbit and getting your resistance situation covered. In devotions, easy aether damage nodes can be found in Imp and Wraith, and Aetherfire from Imp is an Aether-damage proc you can readily attach to Bursting Rounds or Chilling Rounds. Imp also provides Eldritch, which is a component for Attak Seru which gives fairly huge boosts to Aether damage output in the foot and right-hand nodes. She also provides a lovely elemental/aether-spitting proc turret. You can run Vengeance as your relic for the Inquisitor skill boosts. M. Band of the Eternal Haunt with its 106% Cold (converted entirely to aether by your other gear!) and 106% aether damage makes for a fine ring choice. M. Screams of the Aether is another good ring. M. Mark of Anathema is a fine choice for a medal, with Rune of Astral Rifts for an augment to give you a mobility ability. For legs, we have M. Wraithborne Legwraps. For gloves, M. Iceskorn Talons might seem like a weird choice, but remember - 100% of Cold to Aether thanks to the Diviner set, and it helps with Pierce Resistance. M. Boots of Primordial Rage will help shore up your Chaos resistance and provide yet more Aether damage.

Once you've got that, it should just be a matter of augmenting properly for resistances, and shoring up your stun resist with devos.

Here's a quickly-thrown-together build[www.grimtools.com]. Gonna warn you - it's squishy; you're gonna have to rely on Mirror of Ereoctes, Inquisitor Seal, and good ol' mobility and range to stay out of the way of dangerous attacks. You've got capped and slightly-overcapped resistances in most areas, but don't expect to eat a major resistance-lowering attack and stay functional. I have Storm Box of Elgoloth as your main offensive skill, with the mutator that converts it to Aether damage. Tether up your enemies with the Storm Box, and then gun them down. Apply the Widow's debuff to overcome aether resistance, alongside Aether Corruption.

935% cold (100% converted to aether because of Diviner set), plus 1,964% aether damage w/o conversions ought to be enough, right?

Standard disclaimer, I'm no great builder. My goal was to put together at least a fairly competent build that'll meet your requirements.

I agree to that both weapons, actually second one looks tempting.
But I wanna play as gungslinger :(

Thx alot for your time and guide , I will work on that even if its at least a start :)

I believe the 100% cold convesion to aether on the diviner only applies to pets.

This is the build I came up with https://www.grimtools.com/calc/xZyOgLe2 .
It's getting too late to give a rigorous explanation, but feel free to ask anything you want.

In short:

It's a demolitionist / arcanist build. Which unfortunately means you wont be able to dual wield ranged weapons before lv 58-60. You will need the pistol this build has, a plunderer's talisman or a pyroclasm mark in order to be able to use to pistols. Perhaps there are other items I'm unaware of.

I'm using 2 Albrecht's Duality rings for 100% chaos to aether conversion and
Shard of Agivix and Cord Violent Decay for 80% fire to aether conversion.
You can get 100% fire converted to aether, but you will have to sacrifice Krieg's 5-set, which is not worth it imo. Krieg's set is a pain to get, but it's not needed for the base build to work.

The aether modifier could be 200%-300% higher, but I decided to sacrifice some for the relic and more defensive ability from the devotions.

You could also go for Blackwater Cocktail which is a good skill, or Elemental Balance for the crit damage, since this build will be criting enough.

That 1% missing pierce resistance bugs me, but I can't be bothered.

Not a bad build btw totally forgot duality does that, the only issue i see with it really is it lacks a transmuter for firestrike

Took me 10 minutes to find out what changed >_<
What surprised me and made my day was that Hellfire Mine has a -40% aether resistance for some reason, probably related to duality I'm guessing. I was like "don't mind If I do".

What can one do, it wont be as good as Dreadscorcher.

That looks really promising and seems what i was looking for.
After my sentinel finishes, I will need to farm for kreig set wow :)

This topic makes me want to start a Vortex of Souls Bonemonger Oppressor.

I'm warning you though, even if it turned out way better than expected, it still feels a bit forced. You can certainly do better with Dreadscorcher or Vortex of souls, both 2-handed ranged.

Also you don't know the pain of farming Krieg's set.
