Bloodsworn manuscript - where to find it?

Help please. I can't finish this quest. I don't even know where to look for the item.

I was about to go looking for this. I missed first time through. The quest tells and will always tell the location down to a specific zone(s) in the text.

i missed it too, even after reading the quest several times
it specifically tells you the place where it is, you just need to look on the ground carefully for the bloodsworn once you are in the right place/dungeon mentioned in the quest notes <- i missed this, and forgot to go to the right place as i was only staying on lvl 1 of the tomb
