The Maw of Gnat.... hidden quest/super boss?
So I stumbled upon a secret area in the Korvan Sands, and upon entering I found what was described by the quest triggered afterwards upon finding it as, "what lies beneath the surface may be truly massive and span the entirety of the Korvan Sands."

I was wondering if anyone else had encountered this and knew if it led to a potential super boss, or had any more potential leads on how to further the quest, if there is more?

The quest seems to be just finding the Maw for Carmac back at the Conclave of the Three and reporting back to him - as far as I know.

The secret part is a breakable object somewhere near the Maw which drops the Fettan Mask. I guess some bounty hunter must have fallen in there...
