how to access the newest dlc?
i cant seem to see any way or indication of how we start the newest expansion?

Homstead => emissary in front of entrance => quest => portal.

So can you take on the new history before finishing main campaign and or AoM? I own both but after 90h across 4 chars have yet to finish base game xD so I was wondering if I could enjoy shattered realm and new story quest before finishing others.?

You have to kill the warden before.

Any Major portal/town area will provide means to access FG content.

Ah cool, im like in Act 3 or so. Thanks for info!

PS: was it the same with AoM dlc? Cause I think I didn't find how to access it xD

AoM is an extension of the main campaign. If you beat the main campaign quest boss you get directed towards the first act of AoM. If it weren't for the cutscene and increase in difficulty you might not notice it.
