Shaman - upheaval - how does it work?

I'm going vindicator (shaman/inq) with many 2h weapon procs, it's not clear, but will upheaval work on weapon procs? I woul dassume yes... I mean, it's on the same chain as Feral Hunger, which is a weapon pool proc.

Haven't had the chance to use it but it says 100% chance. It's also a passive skill that you don't have to cast. I would assume it would.

Upheaval is a 100% chance on a critical but only if that hit doesn't proc some other wps first. If you have 75% wps chance, 25% of your hits are eligible to be an upheaval and of those 25%, any crit will be upheaval.

Upheaval only happens when a normal attack crits. A WPS skill will replace it. For example if you have multiple WPS skills adding up to 100% chance, upheaval will never proc.

Thanks... that's a real bummer. I thought that's how it might work, but the placement of the skill suggest it would work off of feral hunger, so it wasn't clear. So it gets much less useful with more weapon pool powers. Guess that one only gets 1 point.
