Maya did a pretty solid version, https://forums.crateentertainment.com/t/drunken-fwuffy-retaliation-warlord/83654/114, someone then conversed about their acid version in the same thread https://www.grimtools.com/calc/DV9677LZ
and as you can see there all 3 warlords are pretty similar, with a few point differences here and there, some devo tweaks maybe, and what dmg type is being used
Also pretty similar to how i leveled my own hardcore retal warlord, focusing on acid tho with perdition and vilescorn mostly when possible. Using Aegis of menhir too like in Idlemind's build, i just had more circuit breakers in form of ghoul + healing rain and turtle shell since it was HC and i'm a scaredy-cat, but that's personal preference,
as you can see all 3 builds are very similar in essence overall, which should be enough to give you an idea/room for freedom with your own, (Warlord), which probably still remains one of the better combos of masteries in regards to retaliation
but you can do whatever retal combo mastery you like, and the Solider or devo part should still be a decent part to give you the idea to form the base of your own hybrid
