LF Elemental Balance Set in Hc

hey guys, its my first hc run in this game, I'm 75 right now and looked up the elemental Balance site on the inter webs, unfortunately I only have the recipe for the ruby, but also missing the component blueprint for crafting the focusing prism.
I'm asking here if anyone might have a spare set of these to give away, or spare blueprints, anything would help realy, I would also trade or give what I can, but I rly dont have much since I'm only on my first character in hc.
I would love to level with those rings they seem so cool, anywayhope someone out their answer my cries, thanks so much^^
