For Deathknight - only really devotions (namely The Huntress) and the odd item proc or component skill, but that's usually enough.

Finalized my build in tools if anyone want, feel free to comment:

https://www.grimtools.com/db/items/9423 makes siphon a good 1 point wonder with the modifier being maxed later.

as far as the build itself, deathknight isn't meant for bleed, that'd be more warder/blademaster instead. but here's something i threw together. https://www.grimtools.com/calc/YVWJvOL2

should you want a warder instead, try https://www.grimtools.com/calc/d2jqQ1EN
The summon from 4pc blood knight set, and deathstalker relics have a -bleed resistance aura. aside from that, you'll have to use huntress, and manticore.

ty mate, but I definitly want stick with DK and life stealing with blood knight set - more now due auras Elio mentioned.

Will definitly check few ideas you made, I am always suprised how my builds have so low damage in compare to others..
With great ideas from here, adjusted build:

Just bit worried about HP and possibly OA..
I play a bleed warder its one of my most succesful self builds, bearing in mind it does pure bleed with a touch of vitality damage it can wipe out even undead in seconds. Now granted having a massive 49% RR debuff from devouring swarm helps but actually like Poison the key to high damage with dot attacks is stacking different sources of it.

Rend on huntress gives you 32% RR and often i dont even bother using devouring swarm and im only a caster dont even use attacks. One key i found that helped make a bleed toon work was racial damage modifiers.

Might look weird but it can clear everything in the game sans lokarr, it can in theory even kill mog and ravager (but i gave up after 20 mins would have taken about an hour each lol)

I have racial damage modifiers for all the major enemies that are available. This helps hugely (like night and day difference) with tough to kill mobs like undead, which are highly resistant to bleed damage, this might not seem like a big deal, but trust me when your on ultimate and running a bleed build you start to realise how numerous undead are throughout the game. And how annoying some of them are to deal with, and if you ever want to do crucible yeah undead will be a singular pain in your backside.

In short there aren't many debuffs to bleed damage but its also a high damage dot, that a lot of things arent very resistant to and the ones that are you can get good racial damage bonuses for (racial damage bonuses work differently to other types)

As a final thing though why neglect the vitality portion the blood knight set is very strong at both and can support both damage types very well. In fact Id say it favours vitality damage, if you want to do a bleed build there are better sets to use for it

It is not direct intention but I ended with it. First Idea was to roleplay blood/lifestealing dk (with blood knight set) with 2h weapon. I was somehow disapointed to not find anything sufficient for it - until I found guilottine axe - noted high bleed on it and berserk devotion for axe that favors it - so I started build around bleeding instead of vitality. There is still good deal of physical damage too (beside some vitality) on build I designed so I hope I will not struggle on things like undead so much - and with those 2 pets around and huntress proc its 57% RR - woudl say it could work:-)

something to note, manticore/foul eruption with huntress would be 60%/59% RR alone. with the two pets it'd be 85%/84%
Foul Eruption is a pretty poor source of RR though since it is only applied when you kill an enemy with Ravenous Earth - and even then only in a 3m radius. For once I'd rather have Thermite Mines.

I actually wasn't aware of that. somehow never read that little bit whoops. then yeah, gonna not recomend it again as that's not reliable for major fights.

Gutsmasher (2h Mace) is a very fun weapon as well for bleed builds, and bloodrite gauntlets have a decent proc if your lacking a decent glove choice
If you can get a direwolf crest, mythical or otherwise, it will enable dual wielding and offer more bleed support, so you could wield two axes with bleed support, such as butcher of burrwith and nightclaw. butcher of burrwitch is a good axe to use for bleed builds because it has a very good heal on its proc. Does bleeding damage with 300% adcth (attack damage converted to health, aka life steal). I haven't rand bleeding death knight yet, but have done warder and trickster. trisker was my favorite so far, because as of 1.07, you can have (without ultimate ranks) 2 blade spirits out that do bleed damage and are great for devotion procs, such as huntress.

I have a friend who is also doing a bleed Warder. Is it alright if I ask you to elaborate on what the racial modifiers are? Like, what text and what sources?
