DW Gun Pierce Tactician build advice?

Hi there, for starter, I am at elite act4 - going to finish the main quest, and the DLC at the Elite difficulty (I skipped them purposely on normal/veteran cause I was overlevelled).

I am always fond of rogue skill from titan quest, hence, soldier's cadence is my main skill. It started as dual gun elemental spam, but I specialized eventually to pierce, taking the build from the build compedium (budget tactician). I used pierce based on that build and that I want physical damage thinking it was all-in-one solution - leftover mindset from other games.

This is my build (kind of messy, aside from devotion that is complete?):

So the advice I want to know is, since in that thread, the build is okay for all the main quest, but based on the tags, not so much on crucible or shattered realm late game; and that some of the pierce weapon is nerfed, it seems?

I am thinking of making a specialized late game farmer (shieldbreaker? Oathkeeper is new, and I am a bit tired of soldier, so warlord is out. sigh) - can this build turned into that? EDIT: I mean, can I do that with this build instead of making a new character. Original sentence makes it sound like I want to turn this class into another mastery lel.

If possible, I want to keep the same theme; DW gun cadence pierce tactician. However, If necessary, I guess it is fine to change it to DW melee, 2H melee/ranged or other element after I finished the DLCs and purely focus on farming (hopefully in ultimate, but that seems to be far off).

So yeah, any advice how to maximize my damage potential for farming SR or Crucible or the Roguelike dungeon in ultimate? Is it basically GEAR issue? i.e. I need to farm legendary and stuff to do those efficiently in the first place?

Any general advice to increase damage potential is also welcomed, it's getting slower to clear trash mobs in elite. Not sure if this is a good comparison, but 7 levels ago, I can't even defeat the avatar of modrogen in normal (not veteran). Not looking very good I guess.

Valdun set is your friend if rifle is ok. Use word of agony to reduce enemy pierce resist. Use bladetwister signets and pack of treacherous means belt to convert damage to pierce. There is a pistol with 100% pierce ratio as well that could be dual wielded. Use the inquisitor seal second node and the aura of conviction to stack pierce damage.

Hey, thanks for the suggestions. I am not too familiar with legendary and stuff so after checking those, they look great.

Of course I probably need to grind a lot to find them (lel) but I'd be on the lookout for those.
