Newbie question about elemental storm and elemental damage.
I unlocked elemental storm some days ago and i started to wonder just what does exactly 1000 elemental damage means?
Does the game splits up this damage among fire, cold and lighting or is it an actual damage type?

When an equipment says +50% elemental damage does it separately increase the fire, lightning and cold damage on elemental storm evenly or it first increases it then splits it up evenly after (if theres a splitting part)?

When an equipment says +60 elemental damage does it mean that im getting +20 fire, +20 lighting and +20 cold damage on elemental storm and on all attacks?

Does the +X elemental damage gets added first or the +X% elemental damage goes first?
If i get an equipment what deal 100 base lighting damage and get +50% elemental damage with +50% fire damage does that mean that im gonna get first +50 damage from elemental and another +50 from the lightning damage modifier ending up with 200 lighting damage in total?

Sorry for asking here but i could find clear answers on the internet.

Flat damage always comes first, then +%.
Elemental flat damage gets divided evenly between the 3 types (thus you got it right when you said 60 elemental become 20 fire, 20 cold and 20 lightning).
Elemental percentage damage is instead the value you see, applied to all of the 3 elements. Thus, 100% elemental equals to 100% fire, 100% cold and 100% lightning.
Also yes, the sub-element flat damage you get through elemental flat damage also gets buffed by that specific elements +%. Thus, the lightning damage you get through +flat elemental also benefits from +% lightning.

From http://www.grimdawn.com/guide/gameplay/combat.php#q06

Elemental Damage
Elemental Damage is a combination of the three basic magical elements: Fire, Ice and Lightning. When it appears as flat damage, Elemental Damage will be dealt as 1/3 Fire + 1/3 Ice + 1/3 Lightning, divided equally.
Percent Elemental Damage on the other hand is a bonus to all three elements equal to the full value. It is not split evenly. This makes percent Elemental Damage a powerful way to increase several damage types at once.
