If you haven't picked up at least 1 point Blitz + 1 Blindside you should do so. Up to 8 targets hit with 125 to 415% of the damage your weapon and your shield do (plus a lot of flat damage) makes it a pretty good crowd nuke. That's not to mention that you can use it to move around faster by keeping your eyes open to target enemies.
If using Cadence, put 1 point in Fighting Form and then max Deadly Momentum before you spend more than 1 point on Cadence itself. Deadly Momentum is a general buff, meaning it will apply to every hit you make (including Blitz, procs, etc.) whereas Cadence is only a big damage boost on every third melee swing.
My first playthrough.
Don't have idea what you talking about :D
Also, if you're planning to go for shield, you would be wise to pick Soldier as your second mastery, as it's the only mastery that supports shields currently. You will be able to pick it at level 10. Once you pick it, just check around its skills, and you'll understand what KG meant :)
