Understanding Crafting

Could someone please explain endgame crafting, TLDR. For instance, I need these boots. Ancient Stoneplate Greaves of kings. Is this an MI that I can find or is there a way to craft these? Do you goto a certain smith in Cairn and craft dozens of pairs of boots until you get them?

Stoneplate Greaves are blueprint only, it gonna really need alot of grinding to find the blueprint, it will drop by mob/chest box in ultimate difficulty around level 90+, since you want it for endgame List of blacksmith and effect[grimdawn.gamepedia.com]

Here are two other items I do not quite understand how to get, both green items.
Stalwart Living Ring of Dranghoul
Stonehide Stoneplate Greaves of Survival

How would I go about crafting this ring and boots? Do I need recipes or just craft the yellow base item?

The Living Ring is a monster infrequent from the plant and vine enemies in Gloomwald and Ugdenbog. You just have to be lucky enough to find one.

For the boots, you need to find the Stoneplate Greaves blueprint and craft about 5000 of them.
