Can you undo points in skills and devotion?

To be honest i have no idea what im doing but im facerolling the game on veteren as a shaman in act 2. My points are all over the place tho to see whats what. Im mostly spending my points to level the shaman for stats rather than skills, but is there a way to get those points back later?

Same for devotions, i went one way and wish i had gone another.

Yes, you can undo skill points, devotions and attributes.

The NPC that allows you reallocate skills is in the top right corner of the town in Act 1.

For devotion resets you need to find rare potions. I started finding them when my character was level 50ish I think?

that npc can also reset devotions, but you have to pay aether crystals on top of the iron bits (1 crystal for each devotion point). so you may have to do a few runs through zones with lots of aether crystals if you don't have a stockpile.
