That's the expansion load screen. It's the only one. Before the expansion, there was the base game load screen. There was only one of that one, too. This ain't Skyrim.

Forgotten Gods will rotate between the 3 different loading screens. The Occultist, spooky lady, and the new desert warrior bro.

I don't know much about modding for this game, but perhaps FG will also make it easier to add your own if the code is already in place for it.

You could mod in your own pics I suppose. With FG you will have 3 walls rotating randomly so I'm assuming with FG you can at the very least have 3 of your own if you really want. Beyond that I dunno.

Something like that.. yup. How to do it I dunno but the website is back up right now so you could always ask in the modding section. Someone there will know.
