Drop tables for GD are not simple. At one time I looked into changing drop rates to something more like they are currently... then I decided I might as well spend the same amount of time actually farming and end up with the same or better results.
Looks like Dammitt has enabled the the "Notable Loot" section again and the Krieg set seems to drop from the "Player level 75+" version of the monsters. Maybe those can all appear in Normal; I have no firsthand knowledge of that. Doesn't seem like anything else (difficulty, monster level, etc.) affects the drop rate either.
