Still have room to pick up Rowan's Crown. Might not be perfectly optimal (point-wise) either - I just made a quick attempt and it worked okay. Damage-wise Widow will probably be better than Tempest though... as much as I love Tempest. (So flashy!)
no heal
Chance on crit devotions work fine if you can get the OA and have a decent skill to attach them to. I was mostly referring to the resist reduction from Widow; -35% lighting resist is probably more useful than more AoE damage when you already have Hand of Ultos involved. Not to mention that lightning caster builds tend to have a ton of AoE anyway.
The man said "Kraken, Ultos, Tempest and Spear of the Heaven" - request fulfilled. I wasn't asked for healing. 5 points and all of your gear to play with for that anyway.

Kraken, Ultos, Spear, and Tempest, check. Behemoth too, because healing is good. And two spare points. I took Hawk for the nice 3% OA bonus, but you can replace it with Spider or something like that, since there are two spare points.
PS : probably a good idea to keep in mind that this set-up has very few resist bonuses, so might be a little more difficult to gear up, you'll just have to be a bit liberal on applying components and augments to cap your resists.
