There are tons of good ways to build purifier devotions, honestly. I haven't actually settled on a final set with my own yet and have juggled several different combinations all with good success.

From various experimentation, I'd say my personal favorites are (alphabetically just for ease, and many of these are 'usual suspects'):

  • Bard's Harp - one of those slightly strange color combinations, but it is such a great constellation if you find yourself with the right affinity and enough points. Usually a late filler though, not necessarily something to center around.
  • Behemoth - usually just to cheaply get giant's blood with late points since you're often in those colors already.
  • Blind Sage - they tend to be aimless/wasted sometimes, but elemental seeker spam is pretty excellent.
  • Chariot - I put this in literally every build that uses its colors. Does anybody not?
  • Hawk - quality pick on your way to later greatness. Reasonably efficient with both OA and crit damage.
  • Hydra - gotta love those flats, but this is a little more of an "if you have spare points" choice.
  • Magi - pretty expensive for low affinity return, but if you're fire-heavy, fissure is nasty.
  • Phoenix - man, this constellation sneaks under the radar so often. It has an amazing balance of both offense and defense, flat HP, chaos resist, all sorts of neat goodies. And it has reasonable efficiency to boot, the main downside being kinda strange colors (hint: Panther!)
  • Quill - holy efficiency, batman! This is one of the best ways to squeeze in multiple high level devotions and it still gives relevant bonuses. Top of my list early if I need both of those colors.
  • Rhowan's Crown - Because everybody knows how amazing elemental storm is. I'm tempted to say this constellation should be on every elemental character, period.
  • Tempest - grain of salt on this one, I'm a bit torn honestly. On the one hand, it features superb lightning damage with some extra flats and OA, and is relatively cheap affinity-wise. But the proc has a long cooldown and this constellation has trash efficiency. It could be a good late choice if you have something to which to attach the proc and few or no other good options.
  • Ultos - crazy strong proc and also great damage if you have even halfway decent lightning focus.
  • Ulzuin's Torch - while meteor shower's physical damage may be less relevant depending on your build, the constellation as a whole is solid and meteor is still a really strong proc.
  • Viper - yet another 'on your way' pick with excellent efficiency and some crucial RR.
