everything too small at above 1920x1080p resolution... (SOLVED!)

it has aui scaler,but like other games its still far to small on a 55" 4k tv,whydo games do this so often?
yes its usally the smaller titles vvs aaa but isnt there a way to just make menus bigger?
an im talking about all games not just this one

a windows dpi scaling setting? a config edit? or should i walk up to my tv with a fing magnifying glass to read menus an ui elements of the inventory an messages?

getting fed up with how many games this is a problem in
the issue is 1920x1080p at 55" looks WAYYY worse then 4k so if the menus were just readable an proper size itd be great
