Completely removing constellation (with skills attached)

so I found some more constellation I would rather have but I can't remove from constellations that currently are complete that give a skill (Example: Shepherd's Crook " Shepherd's Call" )

is there a way to remove these assigned points after complete and earning exp on their respective skill? (already unbounded and [because I was a necromancer] killed off my skeletons )

Most likely the constellation is dependent on itself or a later constellation is dependent on it. Make sure you would have enough devotion of each color if you removed the constellation.

When in this situation i find it easy to just pop the potion that resets them.

You can also reset 1 poin or star at a time by paying the lady in the upper right corner of Devil's Crossing Jail building (facing the main gate, upstars and straight north in the corner).

There's also another lady in the Forgotten Gods DLC.

I think you can buy the potions in the Crucible if you have that DLC.
