Shaman skills : Thunderous strike applies to Torrent too ?

does thunderous strike lowering applies to Torrent and Storm surge too ?

Torrent and Storm Surge boosts Primal Strike main skill, while Thunderous Strike will lower Primal Strike's damage and all that together. However you will be able to spam it.

Sorry but i'm not sure to understand what you mean by "and all that together".
Does Thunderous striker lower Torrent and Storm surge ? Or only Primal Strike ?

Ok, so I went inside game, tested it...

I was still right. "Torrent" & "Storm Surge" gets applied to the main source "Primal Strike".

If you want a short answer: Yes, it gets applied to everything aka on all 3. "Thunderous Strike" makes the skill spammable, yet with cost of damage overall.

"Primal strike" with both boosters - around 8k DMG
"Primal strike" with both boosters + "Thunderous Strike" - 5k DMG, due DMG reduction, but it's spammable skill now (Primal Strike)
"Primal strike" without both boosters - 4,5k DMG
"Primal strike" without both boosters + "Thunderous Strike" - 2,5k DMG
