About prefixes and suffixes

Does every item allows all combinations of suffixes and prefixes or some of them mutually exclusive? Im leveling a build that has about 0% items directly made for it (ranged vitality death knight). Can i get something like Eldritch Spectral Arbalest of Annihilation (rare suffix and rare affix, both add flat vitality and % vitality damage).

Cool, thanks. I did not know you can manualy assign suffixes-prefixes in grim tools. This weapon looks incredibly powerfull- 500% vitality damage.

And drop chance might be few times in your lifetime, unless you do focus on farming it for long, long period of time, I doubt...

Way rarer than "Alkamos Touch of Anquish" that's for sure and it has 0.82% chance to drop from Alky in SoT only.
