B. It deals X vitality damage every second for its duration - It is not a DoT, unless the game explicitly states it as such (Also DoTs do not benefit from attack damage converted to health in this game, only flat damage, which is why it couldn't be a vitality decay affect)
C. That 35% of attack damage converted to health applies to the skill's damage only, you may attach it to whatever skill you wish, it does not directly affect the skill's performance at all.
