Granted I'm not one of the gurus who understand all the details of the game mechanics, so I could be misunderstanding something.
Not to nitpick it or anything (or a possible slight misunderstanding) but - "Righteous Fervor DOES increase dps AS it charges up - with or without consecration. Adding Consecration will boost DPS via the +% Attack Speed bonus it provides as Righteous Fervor charges up each hit." Just an FYI for any other new people that read that, lest they become confused.
It does, even with just 1 single point it adds base flat damage to your attack.
Do you mean the displayed DPS on the character sheet doesn't go up unless you have consecration? Because RF is supposed to increase damage (and thus DPS).
You should be more clear about the displayed DPS vs actual DPS. It's a known problem that the displayed DPS can sometimes be off for various reasons, including accurately reflecting the effect of charged skills. It isn't a huge issue but it can be annoying at times.
