Is there a shrine in Port Valbury?

Yes, there is a Shrine in Port Valbury. It comes new to the Forgotten Gods Expansion. It is located just before you approach the Ancient Gate.

I don't agree with you, I was looking for that, because I saw shrine on gameplay there but It wasn't in my game and I just found answer in this thread; shrine comes with expanstion while I have only basic game

It's much, much more useful to have a single source of information that gets updated as that information changes than to have multiple posts that all say different things. But sure, continue to be a simpleton and troll people that are providing helpful information; that way no one will ever help out.

i get where you're coming from, but that's just often not how it works out
people either skim the thread/don't read all the replies (specially if the thread is long), miss vital info, the info isn't there/wrong info gets perpetuated, only read the OP/thinks an old OP applies to them when it turns out it's a totally different issue, etc etc etc "take your pick of it goes wrong", which can be exacerbated with really old threads - and GD forum is not an exception to this
and the reason you often see people with that mentality is simply from it happening (frequently) previously, where a necro did nothing good at all
sorta like how this necro didn't really add anything useful to the thread other than ping everyone subbed to it... -_-
