BUG : Shared Stash - Everything Lost

So I just created a new character, and by trying to retrieve my Mandates to earn more reputation, I find myself unable to acces any of my shared items. Everything is gone from items, crafting components, and extra bank slots.

Do anyone know how to fix this issue. (I haven't placed any new items in my current shared stash yet)

Did you accidentally make the new character in whichever of hardcore or softcore you don't play? And make sure your cloud saving settings haven't changed.

Nah, it's the first thing I've checked, the character was in softcore like all my other characters, this is what I have tried so far :
- I've checked difficulty settings
- I've checked other characters, everything is gone
- I've restarted steam and my computer
- I've checked the sync options, nothing has changed
- I've deleted the new character

mod or dlc installed/uninstalled?
this sounds like what happened when people tried switching forth and back chars from AoM to vanilla when playing with friends without expac... "that" stash is separate

No mods, I haven't played vanilla since I installed AoM, and I have never used mods in this game.

So after checking my files, I figured out that transfer.gst saves my shared stash each time I close it down and basicaly I ♥♥♥♥♥♥ myself by closing an empty shared stash.

I was able to recover my none mythical items by copying transfer.bst and changing it into transfer.gst but it's realy a let down and I don't know if it is possible to recover a transfer.gst previous 20/12/2017.

Edit : Nope steam can't help, and I bet Zantai won't be able to do much either. Feels good to waste 2 months of my time for nothing...

So you were using a stash manager or just moving the files around? As said elsewhere the stash saving behavior changed for some reason in this patch - a hotfix will return it to the old (intended) behavior soon.

I just made a copy of the GD (vanilla) file and renamed it into "transfer.gst" . By doing this, I was able to recover all items prior AoM. I have kept the old "transfer.gst" file which I moved to a new folder.

Edit : to answer your question, I didn't used a stash manager.

no hardcore/softcore , no any mods , no any storage tools any stash manager nor anything ,
shared stash DO having bugs that everything will lost

Same here. Created a HC-Char and everything in the shared stash of my SC-Chars have gone. Thats hard after 125 h played.

HC and SC characters have separate stashes. Otherwise you could farm gear in SC and pass it on to HC characters.

Yes i know. But its exacly as i described. The Shared stash of my sc is totally lost. I just created a hc-Char, Play some Minutes. Go back to my sc-Char, and The Shared stash was empty. Thats a realy hard Hit, i Wanted to Play The new expansion on ultimate, but without The rigth gear, i will try Elite. One Point at The end, Love this Game, even with some bugs.

This sounds like an issue with local overwriting cloud or vice versa.

Disable since some years, because some Problems.I think that was a failure.
