Even if you dont want to hear that, you will lose your character in HC.

Can be after 10, 100 or 1000 hours, but you will die, it is unavoidable.

If you cant accept that because 'wasted hours', play softcore, because the more you play, the more you will encounter 'bugs' and 'mistakes'...and want to revive every time...aka softcore mentality.

NP with that, there is this mode for you, and it is the default one.

I think the only one working now is something called GD Stash, search for it on google, easy to find

softcore is your friend, if you get oneshotted and not willing to learn and redo the hardcore run you are lying to yourself. Once you restore your character and it dies again, you will just restore it again.

I lost my level 73 blademaster and I just manned up back to ultimate within 30hours playtime.
Use your shared stash wisely in hardcore and you will get back to ultimate quickly if you do decide to stick with hardcore

Be mindful of curses and debuffs, they can reduce your resists to below 80% and then you get critted...and well, game over.

This is why people who play HC have no bragging rights. If it was done the way it was done in D2 when you played HC on realm servers, then I'd understand.. But every third person using trainers to resurrect their character - you don't even know anymore who's playing honestly and who isn't.

Some have bragging rights, unfortunatly there is no way to know who is really hardcore and who is softcore pretending to be hardcore.

Still, noone can lie to himself..., no true HC player could ever continue to play a failure.

It's easy. True hardcore players like me have a list of death hardcore chars from level 40-85 in the character select screen ;)

Boss, I never thought of of that. Welp, I only lost mine mage when it was lvl30ish, so it wouldn't count anyways. But I'm definitely doing that in the future.

Just look at global achievements, under lvl 85 hardcore players, or players who completed the game on ultimate hardcore - it's only few %.

Plays HC and then wants to revive, lame to say the least.:steamfacepalm: Be a man and start over, like the rest of the HC players.:steamhappy:

Claiming bragging rights due to a game is a little suspect to begin with.

i wouldnt mind if it wasnt going so fast bypassing my menhirs will and my turtle barrier

do this skills dont go off if you drop immideatly?
Ficelle Jan 1, 2017 @ 3:16am
For those skills to work, you have to be alive.

If a mob instakilsl you, they wont work.
They will work if he brings you under treshold but you are still alive.

They are not death wards, just additionnal health layers.

They can save the day in HC, but any mob strong enough to bypass your defense and ticks them right away will just kill you next hit anyway if he didnt killed you in 1 hit.

Never ever think they make you almost immortal and free to ignore defense and health.
