is it just a dungeon? i feel theres more to it but cleared the whole map.

Okay, SPOILER WARNING!

So, the tomb of Korvak is one of the final quest locations for the Chosen of Kymon faction.

Deeper Spoilers (potentially)
there is an unlit torch sconce that acts as the trigger for a secret entrance, opening up more of the tomb map. Unsure whether it triggers if not a member of Kymon's Chosen. .

It does, and... there's a shrine in that secret area.

No there is not, you mistaken it with Tomb of Archon Barthollem. If you didnt side with Kymon, you can't access the Tomb of Korvak's hidden secret.

They both use same unlock mechanic.
