Simple issue:

Killing her does not always count towards quest progress. Its nothing major, however its annoying on veteran where you dont really want to farm bosses...

you sure you actually kill her?, -and don't just leave after "killing her the first time" ;)

anyway, if exiting session/log in-log out didn't "fix" questlog, you probably just have to kill her again unfortunately, but just take it in strides my friend

You have to kill her twice. The first death just frees her from her initial position and let's her move around the nest. Although it's pretty obvious that she is still alive when she starts chasing you around; hard to miss that.

Edit: Ooops, I see the OP has 1000 hours logged. I guess he is aware of that, then. Maybe a bug then?

Yeah, i have played GD for quite some time now ^^

And yea, i guess killing her twice "again" should fix the problem. i just thought i´d mention it once so that the devs can look into the matter. As i said, its not really any gamebreaking issue.

Just out of curiosity... When it happened to you, did you die during the battle?

The one time it happened to me, I had died during her second form. When I came back and got my revenge, the quest didn't clear.

nope, no death, just one single run with the quest being active.

In all my GD-time it NEVER happend when i killed her BEFORE accepting the quest.
